Bus Information

Ardmore School operates a bus service in conjunction with the Ministry of Education and the bus company, Howick and Eastern.  The bus services the Ardmore area and travels down Clevedon Road into Papakura.  Some children will be eligible for free transport on the bus (based on the Ministry of Education eligibility criteria).

• Please read the following important information regarding the school bus service..

  • Spaces on the bus are limited. Children who live in the school bus zone have priority over those that live out of the school bus zone and therefore pay for the bus service. In the future, should all the spaces on the bus be taken by in zone children your child may lose their place on the bus. 

  • Bus fees are paid each term and must be paid prior to the start of each term. Failure to pay will result in your child losing their place on the bus. Fees are to be paid through KINDO. 

  • Please make sure you have the school app loaded onto your mobile phone. We use the app to send notifications regarding the bus. 

  • It is very important that you notify the school office as soon as possible if your child is not going to catch the bus home. 

  • Your child will be given a Code of Conduct. Please read through this with your child and sign and return it to school as soon as possible.
