Meet the Teacher Interviews
Thursday 23 February.
This initial interview provides a chance for sharing of ideas between teachers and parents early in the year.
Children will be dismissed at 12:00pm with interviews starting from 1pm.
SCHOOL WILL CLOSE AT 12:00PM Thursday 23 February, WITH BUSES RUNNING FROM THAT TIME.
Interviews are for 10 minutes and because teachers have a tight schedule we would ask that you please be on time.
New Entrant level students in Rooms 12 & 14 will have slightly longer interviews at this time.
Bookings are open from Friday 10 February
To make a booking follow the simple steps below:
Go to www.schoolinterviews.co.nz
Enter the school code 2S4UM then follow the instructions.
Step 1: Enter your name and e-mail address, then your child’s / childrens’ names.
Step 2: Select your child’s / childrens’ teacher.
Step 3: Select a time. Each interview is 10 minutes long.
If there is no check box by a time
slot, this means that time slot is not available.
You will receive an e-mail confirming your appointment time.
If you need to make a change or cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, just log back in and follow the instructions.
Because teachers will be fully occupied with interviews, we are unable to provide supervision for any students from 1pm onwards.Please be sure to make after school care arrangements for your children.
If you do not have access to a computer Meet the Teacher interview forms are available from the school office. To ensure you get the time slot you want please make your bookings as soon as possible.
SCHOOL PAYMENTS
SCHOOL DONATION:
At this time our request for school donation is the same as in previous years. $100 per child if paid by the end of Term 1 or
$120 per child per year. ($30 per term)
$250 is the maximum donation any family should pay.
Your support is extremely important in assisting the school to maintain your child’s educational opportunities to the high standards expected at Ardmore School.
BUS FEES:
$65 per term per child. This cost is for out of zone children only.
If your child currently uses the town bus -
Fees for Term 3 must be paid by the end of Term 2.
The town bus is full at this time but a waiting list exists. Please inform the office if you wish your child’s name to be added to the waiting list.
PAYMENTS
Cash, cheque, EFTPOS or internet payment.
Please remember, you can pay for all donation and other school expenses through internet banking.
Please remember to put your name in the Ref field.
